Cops were called to scenes of udder chaos after a “suspicious object” in the road turned out to be a cow on the run.
Officers raced to the scene after a caller reported something strange wandering into the road, only to find the mystery object was a very uncooperative bovine.
Police tried to wrangle the beast, and after a brief hoof chase the cow trotted off the road and into someone’s garden.

Officers finally managed to corner it, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The runaway creature, quickly nicknamed Pumpkin by officers, ended up becoming best buds with her captors, even stopping to pose for selfies.
Pumpkin’s owner is still unknown, but Palm Beach County sheriffs were clearly amused by the whole escapade.
The office shared video of the unlikely encounter, which racked up more than 250,000 views, 10,300 likes and 629 comments.
One person said: “That suspect really milked that attention from the officers!”
