A real-life Scrooge displayed a Bah Humbug sign outside their dimly-lit home on a street filled with dazzling displays.

The residential road is full of bedazzled homes, giant Santas and Nativities scenes.

But it quickly pans to a dark, ominous-looking house with a solitary Christmas wreath and a large green sign.

Crowds of all ages flock to the posh neighbourhood to stroll along the avenues and see the over-the-top decorations.

Several companies even offer bus tours to Dyker Heights from Manhattan, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The phrase ‘Bah Humbug’ is most famously used by Ebenezer Scrooge in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, first published in 1843.
