The woman’s large Hummer ran out of petrol on the Periférico ring road in the Mexican capital Mexico City.
Footage shows her arguing with the couple on the motorway while wearing what appear to be pyjamas in the middle of the day.
They couple claimed they heard her misleading her insurance company by stating she was being targeted by carjackers.
At one point, the man seems to snatch the woman’s phone out of her hand, prompting her to try to flag down passing motorists for help.
Police officers arrive on the scene to deal with the rowing parties and vehicles obstructing the motorway.
