Football fans were left stunned when ‘Sabrina Carpenter’ was spotted strutting around Mexico City with a giant hot dog during the World Cup.
Videos circulated of what appeared to be the blonde star walking arm-in-arm with the hot snack along crowded streets.
She even stopped to pose with stunned fans seeking selfies just hours before the World Cup kicked off, as reported by What’s The Jam.

She was filmed confidently strolling along Mexico City’s Paseo de la Reforma, playfully interacting with the public and her costumed companion.
Social media erupted with speculation that the pop star had arrived for surprise promotional activities, despite no official confirmation coming from her representatives or FIFA.
However, the woman was not the ‘Espresso’ hitmaker at all, but an impressive lookalike.
Social media users pointed out that the man dressed as a hot dog is contemporary artist Robin Guillén while the lookalike is actually Andie Gago, a singer from Puebla known for her similarity to the ‘Nonsense’ singer.
Neither of them has confirmed or denied their participation.

Social media users were divided between amusement at the clever prank and mild disappointment at the reveal.
