The Lord of the Rings star Elijah Wood was left stunned when a fan proposed to his girlfriend in front of him.
The surprise proposal took place at a Comic Con event.
Footage shows Wood, 43, posing with the couple while holding the open ring box.

The man then takes the box and drops to one knee in front of his beaming partner.
Wood looks shocked as the groom-to-be pops the question.
The American actor turns to the woman and says: “No pressure.”
She answers ‘Yes’ and Wood raises his arms and cheers.
The couple shares a passionate kiss as the Hollywood star lets out a sigh.

They embrace each other while Wood, famous for playing Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, congratulates the pair.
The romantic gesture took place at Comic Con at the Corferias conference centre in the Colombian capital Bogotá.
The entertainment convention ran from 28 June to 1 July.

Wood was approached by the couple while posing for photos in the ‘Fan Zone’, as reported by What’s the Jam.
One fan commented: “They gave him the precious! Hahaha.”
Fernando wrote: “He is an excellent person, he approached the fans, greeted them, there were hugs, laughter.
“I hope Comic Con brings more people like that.”
Erika said: “Elijah’s emotion is so touching and tender. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!”
Raquel remarked: “I love Elijah’s face.”
Adriana added: “How beautiful to propose in the middle of Mordor with Frodo as a witness.”
