The video received over 34,000 likes and over 200,000 views.

“I found it in a convenience store next to the school I work at,” Londoner Rae, who has Irish heritage, told What’s The Jam.

“I was surprised to see a ramen collection with a Western product, however, it’s not uncommon to see ‘unusual flavours’ in Korea.

“It was 1,500krw (84p) and being from an Irish family I had to try it.”

And the flavour isn’t quite as Guinness-like as you’d probably think.

“The broth had a cinnamon flavour and the combination of the sweet and savoury noodles was a bit too strange for me, but not a surprise.

“Korea makes a lot of things that aren’t usually sweet.

“Ask any expat about garlic bread.”

“Guinness stew, crisps and steak are really good so you know it might be tasty though,” said Clio.

Another person said: “The way my face just dropped…what…”

“No way,” said Gab.
