The party piece of the Vision CE is a metal tube composite, which they call ‘the cage.’ BMW claims that the combination of seat belt and the seat’s construction, the scooter should provide a ‘safe and emotional’ riding experience, without the need for a helmet or the usual protective clothing.

Whats The Jam reports that the Vision CE also has a self-balancing function, which allows the vehicle to completely balance itself when stationary.
Combining the advances in safety technology with a bold sci-fi style appearance, BMW say that the Vision CE redefines urban riding fun on two wheels.
BMW highlights the adaptability and multiple configurations of the Vision CE, such as a DJ Party style, a camping All-terrain style and something they call a ‘Los Angeles’ style, combining style and practicality.
Whilst the Vision CE currently doesn’t have a price, earlier models in the CE line, such as the CE 04, which was released in 2022, is currently on the market for £12,190.
