A blazing red ‘UFO’ has been spotted in the night sky by a stunned woman – but all is not as it seems.
In the video, the camerawoman films the mysterious glowing object hovering in the sky in front of her.
The spherical ‘UFO’ appears to have two wings with bright red lights.

She says: “I can’t explain what the hell I’m seeing here.
“The truth is I’m flipping out.”
The woman then films the suspected spacecraft apparently flying alongside her car as she drives along a rural road at night.
She says: “How scary!”
The alleged UFO sighting took place in Chile.

The video has gone viral on X with 217,000 views and hundreds of comments, as reported by What’s The Jam.
But all is not as it seems.
Many X users informed the Chilean woman that she was apparently filming a forest fire in the distance and not an extraterrestrial encounter.

One local commented: “That’s a fire on a hill.”
Another said: “You filmed a wildfire, tremendous video indeed.”
Yen asked: “And when did you realise you were filming a forest fire?”
