A British base jumper has landed himself in hot water after jumping off an iconic football stadium.
Adam Lockwood, 24, spent the night inside the empty stadium before jumping at 6.48am on Wednesday (16 Sep).
He launched himself from one of the huge steel beams that hold up the roof as dawn broke.

The chute opened after a few seconds and he floated down onto a patch of grass beside the ground.
The stunt was later posted to his Instagram story.
It happened at the San Siro in Milan, Italy, home of football giants AC Milan and Inter Milan.
AC Milan were due to play Benfica at the ground later the same day.
Lockwood, better known online as Nuisance, wrote that he had wanted to do the jump for over a year but bottled it last time.

“I wouldn’t allow it to happen a second time,” he added, flashing a rude gesture at the camera.
The Wigan-born daredevil has already jumped from over 100 buildings and monuments around the world.
Four years ago, he climbed the same Italian stadium, dangled from the beams about 60 metres up with no ropes, and walked away.

Urban BASE jumping from landmarks is illegal and amounts to trespass.
No arrest has been confirmed, but local campaigners want to see the authorities take action.
Fabiola Minoletti, vice-president of the Milan residents’ committees group, said: “This behavioural drift, if not contained, will lead to an escalation of increasingly extreme and dangerous actions.”
Similar illegal leaps have already been made from Milan’s Duomo cathedral, the Porta Nuova towers and the Piccolo Pirelli.
Lockwood has a record in Britain too.
A Manchester court gave him a suspended jail term in 2020 after he broke an injunction banning him from climbing buildings and posting the videos.
He later scaled The Shard and served prison time over further stunts, as reported by Whats The Jam.
The jump lasted only seconds, but the video has already gone viral and put the serial daredevil back in the spotlight.
