Wetherspoons fans shocked at a throwback menu from 2005 are urging the chain to bring back some old gems.

The cost of wine in 2005 includes a £1.95 price tag for a medium (175ml).
But now Spoons charges £4.55 for a small Chardonnay.
Coffees cost just 89p too, compared to today’s price of £1.56 for free refills.
A slap-up steak dinner also set punters back £6.15 for an 8oz sirloin steak, whereas now it would cost you £13.00, with a soft drink.
There was also a deal of two meals for just £5.75, whereas now the deli deal will set you back a whopping £14.75 for three meals.

Tim commented: “Shocking how little things have increased in 20 years.
“Now people think having an Aunt Bessies Sunday dinner served in polystyrene and delivered from a local pub or cafe, a bargain at 15 quid.”
Derek said: “Those were the days.”
Lee quipped: “Wish they were like that now but still decent for today.”
Diane said: “Please Wetherspoons bring back this menu. Most of the meals sound great.”
