A wave of uplifting fundraising moments has swept across the UK as volunteers have been spotted singing, dancing, and spreading festive cheer in towns and cities nationwide.
Videos filmed by passers-by – including shoppers, commuters, and even Boots employees joining in – have now generated millions of views on social media.
Their upbeat approach captured the public imagination.

They are all from the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG).
Members of the public flooded social media with praise and urged X Factor supremo Simon Cowell to get involved, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Jane, 46, from Newry, Northern Ireland, said: “These guys are amazing.
“A shame X-Factor is not on anymore.
“I’m sure they’d win.

John, 33, from London, added: “This is what Britain’s about.
“Love to see it – keep it up, guys.”

And Sophie, from Aylesbury, Bucks, said: “Keep bringing happiness to Tesco in Aylesbury, it’s great.”
Bishop Allan Passos, head of UCKG in the UK, said: “We’re overwhelmed by the positive response to our volunteers who have been fundraising across our 38 cities.
“At a time when people need a reason to smile, we’re glad we’ve been able to bring joy and warmth during such an important and celebratory time of year.”
The viral fundraising initiative comes as UCKG continues to expand its community work nationwide, including food banks, homelessness outreach, a 24-hour helpline, and youth-led initiatives through the Victory Youth Group, the UK’s largest and most active youth group.
It is a global, evangelical church known for its charitable work.
