Morrisons is selling Easter eggs less than two weeks after Christmas leaving shoppers stunned.
The seasonal treats were seen on shelves at the supermarket yesterday (4 Jan).
It comes despite many households still working their way through leftover mince pies and tubs of Quality Street.

Large Smarties eggs are being sold for £4.50, while bags of Mini Eggs have already landed in stores priced at £1.
It means shoppers can pick up the iconic Easter chocolate four months ahead of the holiday itself.
Meanwhile, Cadbury Creme Eggs are being sold for £1 each, or are included as part of a £3.75 meal deal, which consists of one main, one snack and one drink.
The Easter themed snacks were spotted lining the shelves in Bredbury, Stockport, as reported by What’s the Jam.


One shopper said: “It’s ridiculous.

“The Christmas decorations have barely come down and they’re already moving on to Easter.
“It seems to get earlier every year.”
