Hapless drivers found their cars submerged in water after parking them near pubs
Motorists left their motors too close to a tidal part of the River Thames.
Seven cars were found under water outside the Barmy Arms boozer.
They included a BMW, a BMW and a Honda.

A Toyota Aygo was also half submerged.
A BMW was seen with water in the driver footwell and grubby seats.
A spokesperson for the Barmy Arms, in Twickenham, south London said: “This is the devastation of a car from the high tide.
“Do not park on The Embankment or the surrounding area.

“We are in high tide season folks.
“Do be cautious when parking.”
It was a similar situation in Richmond outside The White Cross pub on Sunday (7 Dec) at 4pm, as reported on What’s The Jam .

A red car outside the venue was half under water and a wheelie bin was on its side.
Local Anneliese Hesse said: “This is how and where my last car died.”

Alex Lovett-Turner added: “Oops.”
Samantha Kay said: “Oh dear.”
Najoud said: “My goodness, hope no one got hurt or stuck.”
