A daring surfer took on Britain’s biggest wave – and won – as seen in an incredible video.
Footage showed the skilled surfer being towed into the monster breaker and making it through.
He rode the curling lip of the wave before rejoining his waiting tow partner, celebrating with a high five.

The megawave was said to be a whopping 20ft high.
The Cribbar is famous for creating gigantic waves and is popular with experienced surf enthusiasts from across the world.
It originates off Towan Headland, Newquay, Cornwall.
It was ridden by Andrew Tuck, as reported by What’s The Jam.
A spokesperson for Newquay Activity Centre who saw the action said: “Huge swell at the Cribbar this week.

“The swell peaked at 20ft for 16 seconds which makes it one of the largest swells to hit our coast this winter.
“Surfers safely navigated the large waves and made it home safely.
“Thanks for putting on such an amazing show.”
