A bus driver who’s the spitting image of actor Charlie Hunnam says he can’t go a day without being stopped for selfies.

Ben Reynolds says passengers on his route constantly point out how much he looks like the Sons of Anarchy star.

His partner Charlie, 38, was gutted when Hunnam was cast as twisted serial killer Ed Gein in Netflix’s upcoming third season of Monster.

“When Sons of Anarchy came out people started saying I looked like Charlie Hunnam,” Ben told What’s the Jam.

“Now, when I’m driving the bus, someone points it out almost every day.

“Once, about 15 tourists asked for individual pictures in front of the bus because they said I looked like him.”

Ben, 39 – who is six years younger than Hunnam, 45, added: “It was so weird but I was just happy to be there.

“I take it as a compliment because he’s a handsome guy even though I’m quite bad at taking compliments.

“When he was cast as Ed Gein, my partner wasn’t happy.

“She really wants to watch the show but she’s concerned because we look a like.

“Charlie said she was very upset that he was cast.

“I told her I’m not going to become all creepy and want to wear her skin or anything, so it’s fine.”

Ben, of St Austell, Cornwall, says he can hardly leave the house without someone stopping him to comment on his resemblance to The Gentleman star who is from Newcastle.

He said: “I had one bloke who was definitely quite drunk because he kept calling me Charlie Dunham.

“I didn’t correct him or anything. I just said ‘Ok, thank you’.

“It does get pointed out a lot.

“It could be worse in all fairness.”

Ben admits he’s also a huge Hunnam fan – and loves watching his films.

He added: “I’m a fan but not because people tell me I look like him.

“I like Sons of Anarchy, King Arthur and The Gentleman.

“Now he’s playing Ed Gein, I’m excited to see more of his range.

“He gets typecast an awful lot as the pretty boy.

“I think this could elevate him from being just a pretty face to someone who can really act.

“I’m really keen to see it.

“When I first sat down and watched King Arthur, people said I looked like him.

“I think it’s the beard because I style mine in a similar way to his.”
