A Liam Gallagher Spitting Image puppet is set to fetch £6,000 at auction.
The caricature version of the Oasis frontman is made of foam latex.
It featured on the ITV show which ran for 12 years in the 80s and 90s.

The Liam puppet has his trademark haircut, bushy eyebrows and lips.
Some of the latex has become flaky but the acrylic eyes can still move when controlled by a cable.
It is being sold by Propstore Auction, at the Cumberland Hotel, Marble Arch, central London.
The guide price is up to £6,000 and bidding has started at £3,000.
The auctIon ends on 24 October.

The listing reads: “A Liam Gallagher puppet from Peter Fluck, Roger Law and Martin Lambie-Nairn’s satirical television series Spitting Image.
“The series, which initially ran between 1984 and 1996 and was revived between 2020 and 2021, used puppets to skewer well-known political and pop culture figures.
“This caricature puppet of Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher is made primarily of foam latex.

“It has synthetic hair, acrylic eyes, and animatronic cables that control the movement of the eyes.
“The foam latex has become dry and flaky with age and should be handled carefully.
“Dimensions: 84 cm x 53 cm x 17 cm.
“This puppet was sold alongside other Spitting Image puppets at a charity auction hosted by Sotheby’s in July 2000.”
Oasis are in the middle of their reunion tour and have been playing sell out gigs across the UK and worldwide.
Liam, 53, buried the hatched with bandmate brother Noel, 58 to reform after 16 years.
The band – whose hits include Don’t Look Back in Anger – played Wembley on Saturday (27 Sept).
They head to Japan and Australia next month.
