Neville is believed to be the oldest regular glider pilot in the UK.
He is a member of Peterborough and Spalding Gliding Club, Lincolnshire.
He does have a safety pilot on board now, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Fellow gliding club member Nick White, 74, said: “Neville is still able to be at the controls for the whole flight from take-off.
“Finding thermals to keep up in the air through to the tricky part of the flight, the landing.”

Neville spent time in Canada and the USA as an instructor, even reaching heights of 26,000 ft over The Rockies.
He was riding a mountain wave – a wind pattern which helps gliders reach high altitudes
Oxygen masks have to be worn when flying above 10,000ft.

The longest flight he had was when he shared a flight in a high-performance glider covering around 470 miles.
Nick added: “The club is always happy to train people of any age and gender.
“The youngest pilot is 14-years-old – who could be flying into the 22nd century if he follows in Neville’s footsteps.”
