A woman has gone viral on social media after revealing that she has taught herself to sneeze with her eyes open.
Isabela Barbosa was trying to show her followers that she has mastered the art of an impossible trick — and her skill has left TikTok users shocked.
The actress and influencer wanted to prove that the rumour of ‘if you sneeze with your eyes open, your eyeballs will pop out of your head,’ isn’t true… and doing so, left users in stitches.
She decided to share the hilarious clip on TikTok, receiving more than 48.3 million views and 8.2 million likes.

“Around two years ago, I decided to start training myself,” Isabela told NeedToKnow.co.uk.
“Sometimes I succeeded, sometimes I didn’t, there wasn’t any specific training I did, I just kept my eyes really wide open and tried my best to not close them.
“My irrational fear of driving, sneezing, and crashing my car also pushed me to start learning.”
After approximately two years of training, she finally succeeded and revealed her trick on her TikTok account (@_bela_amor).
In the hilarious clip, the 22-year-old can be seen tickling her nose with a small paintbrush.

She then opens her eyes wide, before sneezing, controlling her eyes the entire time, before bursting into a fit of laughter.
The clip has so far gathered thousands of comments from amazed and shocked users.

The Brazilian, who now lives in Richmond, Virginia, US, added: “ I don’t always do this, especially not randomly walking around at Target around strangers.
“I only ever do this while driving, I’ve never seen myself sneeze with my eyes open, so I decided to record it.
“Now I know why when I’m driving I get crazy stares!
“But it just feels like a normal sneeze, and I promise you, there aren’t any health risks.
“There is a myth that if you sneeze with your eyes open they will pop out.
“But that’s not true, worst thing worst, you get dust particles in your eyes.”
