A young woman has allegedly graduated alone after claiming to be the only student to pass her course.
Isadora Rezende earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation, Science and Technology (BICT).
But as the rest of her classmates failed, the 21-year-old had to host her own celebration.

Isa read the oath, the speech and her receipt of academic merit.
She claims none of her professors attended the event either.
Isa documented her graduation online to her 22,200 followers through a series of videos which have amassed thousands of views.

She had been studying the course, which was new when she enrolled, for three years, as reported by What’s The Jam.
Isa believes that choosing to revise alone helped her to excel.

She said: “I don’t depend on people who work in groups.
“I also felt comfortable saying when I didn’t understand a part of the subject – or sometimes the whole subject.”

Isa studied at the Universidade Federal de Lavras (UFLA), in São Sebastião do Paraíso, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

She started the first stage of her course in March 2022 and graduated this year.
She now has two more years of study ahead, which will require her to focus on a specific area.
When this part has been completed, she will be awarded a second diploma.
Isa plans on documenting her next two years online so that her followers can join her on the journey.
Jam Press has contacted UFLA for comment on multiple occasions but none has been received at the time of writing.
