A military wife captured the beautiful moment she reunited with her husband after being apart from him for two months.
Gillian Davis had very little communication with her husband and was ‘overwhelmed’ with emotion when she finally saw him.
This was the first time the 23-year-old had experienced being apart from her husband, since he joined the US Air Force.

In a video shared online, which has been viewed over six million times, she greets him at his basic training graduation, located in Texas, US.
Air Force graduations often follow with a tradition known as a ‘tap out ceremony’.
This is where graduates must remain at attention until a family member or friend taps them on their shoulder.
Gillian can be seen approaching her husband, also 23.
He remains focused in front of during the formal ceremony.

She then said a few words to him before going in for a hug.
As they shared a heartfelt embrace, another couple can also be spotted in the background wrapped tightly in each other’s arms.
“After being apart for two months with little to no communication, that first moment where I was able to hug my husband brought me back to our first date,” Gillian told What’s The Jam.

“The butterflies were rushing through me overwhelming me with so many beautiful loving emotions.
“This was our first time apart since he just joined the Air Force.
“From the day I first met him up until he had to leave was the first time we ever had to be apart like that.”
Describing the moment as ‘the best feeling in the world’, Gillian, from Los Angeles, California, captured the attention of viewers with the clip.
Many found her video an emotional watch.
