The world’s biggest avocado salad has been prepared and it’s a whopping 30 metres (98.4ft) long.
The millennials favourite dish was the centre piece of an avocado festival to promote the nutritious fruit.
Mixed with ingredients including potatoes, onions, chillies and olives, the salad was served alongside tortilla wraps as visitors were encouraged to help themselves.

Other dishes and recipes were also on display as well as fruits of differing shapes and sizes at the two-day event in Santa María del Valle, Peru.
But the avo salad was the standout.
A video clip pans the long, tressel-like table set up under an awning and groaning with platefuls – it is claimed 700 servings – of the creamy green grub.
Santa María del Valle is famed for its avocado growing, and according to the mayor, Wilson Palomino, there are 620 registered producers in the region as production exceeds 500 tons per year as reported on What’s The Jam.
He said: “In this type of event we want to promote the export and industrialisation of the avocado. It is an opportunity for producers to contact directly with exporting companies.”
