Scotland fans have been taunted after being told they can return their replica shirts after their Euro 2024 exit because of the 14 day shop return window.

Steve Clarke’s men were dumped out after a 1-0 loss to Hungary last (Jun 23) night.

The Tartan Army suffered a heart-breaking last minute goal which put their miserable tournament performance to an end.

Other football supporters dug the knife in by saying they could get their money back on their shirts.

Scotland only lasted nine days at the tournament, but shop customers can return products to shops within two weeks.

Buyers who qualify for this return will be entitled to a refund for the £75 shirts, as reported by What’s The Jam.

The refund could be the fans’ only joy from their exploits in Germany after the nation went another tournament without a win.

The Scots lost 5-1 to hosts Germany in the opening match on June 14.

The side featured Liverpool’s Andrew Robertson, Manchester United’s Scott McTominay and Aston Villa’s John McGinn were left winless.

At the tournament, the team only registered two goals and shipped seven, with five coming against Germany in their opening game.

Both goals for Scotland were own goals scored by the other country too.
