A gymnast stunned viewers after knocking himself out mid-routine before bouncing back to set a new record just minutes later.
Jamie Canning has spent years perfecting his craft, gradually increasing the difficulty of his trampoline skills.
But during one ambitious attempt, the 22-year-old mistimed a landing and was knocked unconscious for several seconds.

Despite the brutal fall, Jamie quickly came round and insisted on finishing what he had set out to do.
Medical staff gave him the all-clear, paving the way for a second attempt that made history.
“I was only out for around 3-5 seconds. I remember someone touching my shoulder and that’s when I shot up,” Jamie, from Liverpool, told What’s The Jam.
“My head and eyes felt like they were vibrating for a few seconds, but after a few seconds of lying down, I felt good enough to get up and get moving.
“I knew I was okay and wanted to finish what I came to do.”

On his second go, Jamie successfully completed the stunt and secured a new record.
He said: “I broke the record for the hardest trampoline routine from standing, no jumps beforehand, just straight into the skills.
“It’s a difficulty of 14.0 – nine double somersaults and ending with a triple somersault, including twisting skills with 1.5 twists in.

“It’s one of the hardest things I’ve done in the sport.”
Footage of the shocking fall and record-breaking jump has been viewed 183,000 times, earning 5,497 likes and 56 comments.

Jamie later replied: “It was my call, probably not the smartest thing to do, but it was my decision.
“I told them I was fine and tbf I was, scan showed no signs of breaks or bleeding and doctors said no concussions, definitely got very lucky there!
