Originally built to protect against Nazi air raids, the shelter measures 13 metres by three metres (43 feet by 10 feet) and comes with a parking space on a long lease.

While not intended for residential use, it offers potential as a workshop or storage space.

Located in Downderry, near Torpoint, Cornwall—an area targeted by the Luftwaffe during the war—it boasts stunning views of Rame Head and Looe Island and easy access to scenic clifftops, beaches, and footpaths.

Clive Emson Auctioneers is handling the sale, with the auction set to begin on Monday, 16 September, and close Wednesday, 18 September.

The auction guide price is £25,000, according to Luxury Property News.
