Two large car parks have gone up for auction for just £1.
The parking areas are adjacent to a busy shopping precinct.
They serve six shops in the village of Tonteg, near Pontypridd, south Wales.
The listing says they could be suitable for further development.
But this will be subject to consent.

However, the new owner will be able to park their car for free in the car park areas.
The two car parks have no reserve price. The auction starts at just £1 tomorrow (6 Feb).
They are being auctioned off by Seel and Co.
The listing reads: “Two parking areas adjacent to a busy shopping precinct which may be suitable for development, subject to consent.”
The areas are facing a row of shops on Cardigan close in Tonteg and local shops include a ‘Best One’ convenience store, beauticians, funeral service, and barbers.
“The other adjacent car park is accessed from Dollgellau Avenue and services the same precinct.
“The parking areas could be suitable for further development, subject to any necessary consents.”
