A “cosy” studio flat being let for £1,712-per-month is so narrow, tenants have to squeeze around the bed to reach the kitchen.
The tiny property has managed to squeeze in as much furniture as possible.
But this has left minimal walkway.
Upon entering the property in West Hampstead, north-west London, there is a built-in wardrobe.
This appears to be the only area for storage.
There is a sofa in the middle of the room.
However, this is wedged next to a cupboard – which opens out into a bed.

Directly behind, there is the small kitchen area.
It seems nearly impossible to get past the bed into the kitchenette as there is a TV on the wall too.
This means the new tenant may need to climb over their sleeping space to make a meal or fold it up.
The kitchen has been kitted out with modern appliances and furnishing including an oven and induction hob.
The property comes with a separate bathroom which has a shower cubicle.
Although the rent is eye-watering, all bills are included in the price.
It is being let by Hampstead Apartments and advised on On The Market.
The property listing reads: “A charming cosy studio in West Hampstead – all inclusive, fully furnished and in a residential location.
“Full of character, high quality studio in a fully-renovated period building in leafy residential West Hampstead.
”Only moments away from the overground and underground stations.”
It adds: “This flat is a five minute walk from West Hampstead station, Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink.”
