A luxury mansion once thought to have been owned by Sylvester Stallone is now on the market in New York for $4.29 million.
While the official listing doesn’t name the Rocky star, the celebrity property website Mansion Global suggests he lived there around 1988.
Stallone, now 78 and a native of Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen, has had various connections to the area over the years.

The property changed hands in 1999 when Stallone reportedly sold it to the late Barbara Kafta, a renowned author and Vogue writer.

It was later sold again in 2015 and is currently owned by Shea Spencer, the founder of the Artist Commissions Agency.
Originally designed in 1969 by the notable New York architectural firm Madderlake, the house boasts a modern, contemporary exterior with sweeping 180-degree views of the Hudson River.

Perched on six acres in Garrison, the 7,000 square-foot home is characterized by its bright, open interiors, thanks to 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and energy-efficient glass walls and doors.
The property features a new wrap-around deck and includes four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

The interior design blends white-washed ceilings with rich woods and polished concrete. A formal entry hall and an impressive indoor pool wing are among the home’s grander features.
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with maple cabinetry, oversized butcher block counters, a vintage farmhouse sink, and a striking skylight.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features a wood-burning fireplace and sliding glass doors that open to the terrace.

The living room is cozy with a marble fireplace and a built-in TV, perfect for hosting a Rocky movie marathon.

The primary suite includes a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and marble vanity. The additional bedrooms also offer stylish bathrooms, desk space, and a sauna.
Outside, the garden ensures complete privacy and is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. It includes a generously sized pool annex, a sandstone pool, and sleek decor.
The property is accessible via a long, scenic driveway leading to a meticulously landscaped front garden.

Conveniently located minutes away from Metro-North and the Palisades Parkway, the mansion is just a 50-minute drive to Manhattan. It is listed on Houlihan Lawrence and is being sold by real estate broker Abbie Carey.
