A studio flat is being let out for £1,257 a month, but tenants have to shower in the toilet.

The mini pad only has enough room for a single bed.

There is also a small kitchenette with an oven, a two-ring hob and a fridge.

Meals are eaten on the work counter with a single stool located next to the cooking area.

Despite it coming furnished, the only other piece of furniture is a wardrobe.

But renters have to step into the bathroom, described as an “en-suite”, which is like a wet room.

The shower has no tray at the bottom and is right next to the bog.

The pokey property in Pimlico, central London, is being let on OpenRent.

The listing makes no mention of the unusual bathroom.

It reads: “Presenting a lovely studio to rent in Pimlico on St Georges Drive.

“Available now, covering 140 sq ft in living space and situated on the second floor, this modern property comes with big windows and high ceilings.
