You can now live in your very own unique luxury home on the water – claimed to be “one of only two” floating chapels in the world.
This two-bedroom house, known as the Former Chapel on the Bay, features the original 30-foot steeple and seven large stained-glass windows – all made protected by hurricane-proof glass.
Undergoing an impressive transformation, over £1m ($1.3m) has been invested into the building to create a modern house on the water.

Weighing over 33 tonnes, the chapel is made entirely of fibreglass, allowing it to float effortlessly on the water.
Stabilised by electric winches and steel beams, there is no danger of capsising during stormy weather.
Boasting over 1,800 sq ft, the chapel includes a covered deck, perfect for soaking up the sun.
The kitchen contains marble countertops, a double fridge freezer and a floating island.
The primary suite contains an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed and plenty of storage.

Travelling upstairs is the loft bedroom, with a heavy curtain for privacy, and a cosy sofa bed.
Fitted with air conditioning and large fans, the chapel also comes with an eight-kilowatt generator which powers all the amenities, including a satellite dish, EV antenna and a 65” flat-screen TV.
Currently moored in Palmetto, Florida, Former Chapel can be moved thanks to two Cummins Diesel engines.
