A super skinny home has been mocked for its £1,050 per month rent because its only 9ft wide.
From the outside, the tiny pad appears to be an extension attached to a house – similar to a front porch.
When potential tenants enter the apartment, they are immediately met with a flight of stairs in the ‘living room’ area.

However, is so small it consists of a sofa which faces the kitchen sink.
In the kitchenette there is a sink, oven, washing machine and a small cabinet which has a microwave on it.
This has been fitted under the stairs.
The new tenant will need to squeeze past this area to reach the bathroom – which is fitted with a loo, sink and shower.
Up the flight of stairs, there is a minuscule bedroom which fits a double bed.

The wardrobe is barely accessible as it sits on top of the staircase, with little room.
Despite being so small, the landlord is charging £1,050-per-month for the home in Milton Keynes.
This price does include bills, as reported by What’s The Jam.

However, the tenant will need to commit to a whole year as the minimum tenancy is 12 months.
They will also need to fork out £1,211 for the deposit to secure the tiny home.
It is being let by Aztec Sales and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing reads: “We are delighted to offer this unique property as a fully furnished rental.
“This is a recently built one bedroom property. All fixtures & fittings are of beautiful design.
”A lot of care and attention has been given to maximise the living space.

Home-hunters were left in stitches when they came across the bizarre listing.
One person, called Chloe, said: “Love coming home after a long day, sitting on the sofa and watching the tap run.”
”The absolute greed of some landlords,” Georgia claimed.
”Ive never seen a place where the term ‘couldn’t even swing a cat’ actually applies,” joked another person.
”Renting a porch for £1,050 is insane,” said someone else.
