A one-bed house has hit the market for just £80,000, but you better like Elvis Presley.

The property, located in Plymouth, is a ground-floor flat and has a master bedroom, family bathroom, “spacious living accommodation”, and is available on a leasehold.

It’s also located in a central area, with three train stations and four schools on its doorstep, as well as shops close, according to What’s The Jam.

But the real star of the show is the ode to the late king of Rock N’ Roll.

The living room and kitchen space is brimming with memorabilia featuring the singer’s face, from cushions, magnets and pictures to various stuffed toys.

The tenant has even duct-taped posters of the king to the kitchen cupboards.

The bedroom has a touch of Elvis, too – you’ll come face-to-face with the artist when you step out of bed.

The unique living space has caused quite a stir online, with social media users labelling the house’s contents as “tat”.

“Mentioned to their family they like elvis once, and this is the result of countless Christmas and birthday gifts,” said one user.

Another person joked: “They’re selling it so I guess Elvis has left the building.”

Another user added: “Just because they have the odd 468 pictures of Elvis doesn’t make them a fan.”

“Almost hoarding levels of tat,” said someone else.

Another person added: “Plymouth housing is grim, but one of the last beacons of affordable housing in the south.”

Make sure to read the fine print before you sign on the dotted line.

The property, available though Fox & Sons, includes £125 per year in ground rent and an annual £900 service charge.

The lease has 108 years left, so there’s plenty of time to double up the Elvis shrine in time for the next tenant.
