A church converted into flats has been slammed for looking like a PRISON.
The 200-year-old Grade II Listed building hasn’t been used as a place of worship since 2013.
From the outside, it still looks like the old Holy Trinity Church, with its original windows, clock and spires still intact.
It has been converted into apartments and one of the one-beds in the building, in Bolton, Gtr Mancs, has just gone on the market for £53,000.

It spans just 23 sq m, with a tiny living room and enough space for a sofa.
But this is just a metre away from the oven in the small kitchen area.

There is a large window in the living area.
However, this is built within the church’s ones.

The tiny property comes with a separate bathroom and shower cubicle.
But the corridors and stairs have been likened to a jail, as reported by What’s The Jam.

”I got excited to see the price and then realised it was for just one flat,” said another person.
It is being sold by Mr Investa Ltd and advertised on Rightmove.

“This landmark building stands in the centre of Bolton with only a limited number of apartments that have been tastefully designed and rarely come on to the market for sale.
”This is a perfect location for both professionals and students that have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants right on their doorstep.”
According to the estate agent, Mr Investa Ltd, the property can bring in £445 per month, if it was to be rented out.
This equates to £5,340.
But, the landlord will need to fork out £1,015 per year on ground rent and services charges.

They will also need to pay £576.72 on letting fees and VAT.
This means they’ll only make an income of £3,748.28 per year on rent.
