A sneaky seagull swiped a man’s hotdog then he was fined for littering for throwing the fast food box at it.
It happened in a seaside down where a mobility scooter rider began targeting them.
The hapless hot dog eater was ambushed by a brazen bird in Paignton, Devon.

But as well as losing his snack he was then hit with an £80 fine, as reported on What’s The Jam.
A witness said: “This guy on the seafront buying a hot dog for £5.50 had it stolen by a seagull.
“He threw the box it was in at the seagull then walked away to be stopped and fined £80 for littering.
“Just was not his day today was it.
“Yes litter bugs should be fined.

“They should also fine those throwing food at the gulls to stop encouraging them to area others are trying to enjoy.”
Local Kris Radford said: “Hate the gulls, they have stopped my enjoyment of picnics on the beach .
“Now I stay at home for food.”

Mark Hessan chimed in: “That’s what I call unlucky day.”
While Gemma Summerfield fumed: “Those who feed the gulls encourage them to scavenge.
“They are terrible for doing it down the front.
“My kids have been attacked by them whilst trying to shield the smallest amount of food from them.
“It’s really effected them and now they are petrified of the flying rats.”
The kerfuffle happened just a day after a horrified witness saw a woman deliberately running over seagulls in the resort.
She said: “This is the second time I’ve seen this lady do this and she takes great joy in hurting seagulls to the point she drives off cackling.
“And making load of comments about hitting or missing them.
“So today she got her wish by deliberately hiting a seagull on her mobility scooter and she hurt it.
“The seagull now has an injured leg.
“And yes I did give her a few choice words.”
