The San Diego Zoo Safari Park in San Diego, California, US, introduced the newborn male – who is just over a month old – to social media on Saturday (5 April).
The park showed him alongside his parents, Chloe and Shaggy, in the Elephant Odyssey exhibit.
The calf quickly captured visitors’ hearts with his wiggly nose and twitchy ears.
And, naturally, the internet fell in love.
The video attracted 1.7 million views, 114,000 likes and 397 comments.

Dik-diks are a rare species of dwarf antelope found in parts of eastern and southern Africa.
Adults stand just 12–16 inches tall and weigh as little as a Chihuahua.
The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, a leader in conservation and wildlife education, is known for housing rare and endangered animals.
Now it’s also the proud home to one of TikTok’s tiniest – and sassiest – viral sensations.
