A man has been filmed snorkelling in a crocodile-infested lagoon just a few feet from a lurking reptile.
The clip shows the man snorkelling in the water as the croc looks on from under a tree just a few metres away.
The cameraman asks him: “Have you seen the crocodile?”
However, the snorkelling man apparently doesn’t hear him and continues swimming in the direction of the lurking croc.

The onlooker says in surprise: “It doesn’t matter to you?”
The man eventually lifts his head from the water and removes his snorkel.
He turns to the cameraman and says: “He is my buddy.”
The onlooker replies: “Really? How brave!”
The snorkeller repeats: “The crocodile is my buddy.”
