A heart-shaped bolt of lightning was spotted over a village during a storm.
Emma Mihulka’s teen daughter Ellie captured the unique flash above their neighbours’ house.
The perfectly-timed photo shows the “heart” glowing vividly in the centre, framed by other, thinner streaks of lightning.

The bright flash was a sight to behold against the picturesque backdrop of the ethereal, pink sky.
The stunning scenes were captured in Tweedbank – a village about 35 miles south-east of Edinburgh.
Emma told What’s The Jam: “It was my 14-year-old daughter, Ellie, who captured it.

“It was taken from our living room window during an intense storm on Saturday (21 Jun) night.”
The storm was so violent that local man David said it had put his garden path “under about two inches of water”.
