A woman “in love” with plastic surgery has revealed her transformation after forking out a fortune on switching up her look.
Bo Xo, as she is known online, 45, has spent over £100,000 in a bid to enhance her appearance and help with self-confidence.
The buyer, who started having plastic surgery in her late 20s, has since become “hooked” on having various procedures done.

To date, she’s undergone multiple breast augmentations, numerous amounts of fillers and Botox, as well as bum injections.
And she’s not done yet.
“I know my flaws and the things I still need to work on,” Bo, from California, US, told What’s The Jam.
“I am planning to have more work done, I’m just not sure what yet.
“But my aim is to have procedures that make me feel better about myself.
“I definitely like the modifications and will continue to explore options – but nothing crazy extreme.
“The future me is yet to be seen – it’s an evolving field and there are new [surgeries] coming out all the time.
“I will always take care of myself; whether it’s working out, eating healthy or having surgery.”
Bo, who doesn’t stop thinking about plastic surgery, doesn’t have any regrets.
However, there have been complications faced along the way.
She said: “I had issues with one of my breast surgeries.
“I got an infection that required four additional surgeries and antibiotic shots.
“I was sick for about two months.
“I feared my life was on the line, as the infection continued and wasn’t improving.
“The plastic surgeon told me after the fact that he was getting scared, too.
“But this hasn’t prevented me from having [further] surgery.
“It’s taught me the signs to look for if an infection is starting and I also take antibiotics one week prior to any surgeries.”
For Bo, her friends and family are supportive of her transformation, including men who flock in their droves to share admiration over her look.
In a post on Instagram, which has racked up hundreds of likes, she reveals her Memorial Day outfit; dressed in an all-white, low-cut crop vest top and mini skirt.
“Looking beautiful. Gorgeous sexy,” one person commented.
Someone else added: “Wow! Stunning!!”
“So fine,” another user said, followed by four love heart emojis.
One person added: “Mesmerising beauty.”
“I’m looking for a jaw dropping emoji,” someone else commented.
Bo added: “In the beginning, the comments made me feel good, but now, the only people’s opinions I care about are my daughter’s and [in] my relationship.
“Some of the attention from men can be rude and I don’t welcome any of that.
“The comments that are nice and sweet, I do enjoy, especially the comments stating they like my style.
“It is more than just plastic surgery; it is a whole image from working out to how you dress to how you do your makeup and hair.
“The man I have been with is very supportive and, in fact, encourages it.
“He has even paid for a lot of my journey.
“When we go out, I get attention, which he likes and he even buys me a lot of my clothes to complement my look.”
