A doomsday prepper has issued an urgent warning for people to “act now” after Trump and Zelenskyy’s “heated” meeting last week.
Rowan MacKenzie is well-known for her expert advice in preparing for any disaster, including the end of the world.
The 40-year-old began stocking up her cupboards 13 years ago and since then has spent over $400,000 (USD) (£315,000) on the essentials and an underground bunker.

Last week, tensions arose between President Trump and President Zelenskyy during their meeting at the White House with the US leader stating the Ukrainian politician is “gambling with World War Three”.
Now, Rowan is urging people to “act now” before it’s too late – and says that those in denial need to “wake up”.
“This event between two Presidents is proof that anything can happen at any time,” the homemaker and estate agent told What’s The Jam.

“All it takes is someone saying something that upsets the other person – and with a snap of a finger causes a war.
“I agree with how Trump handled Zelenskyy, but I do think it could have repercussions.

“To all preppers – old and new – continue to stock up on essentials, such as non-perishable food items and survival gear.
“You never know when disaster could strike and right now, it could be imminent.”
Rowan, from the US, says her costly stockpile shouldn’t expire for at least another 25 years.

And while she’s learned how to preserve foods and to ensure little to wastage, the clash has still put her – and others in the prepping community – on edge.
She said: “The diplomatic fallout has raised a lot of concerns; big time.
“It shows a potential shift in the reliability of government support during crises and so preppers are getting the signal to reassess their strategies.

“There’s more of an emphasis now on self-reliance and local community networks.
“And it’s causing us to intensify our efforts in securing resources because we just don’t know what’s going to happen next – or how easily we’ll be able to get our hands on things.”
Rowan previously revealed how “grateful” she was that Trump had been re-elected into the White House.

But as always, her advice remains clear.
She added: “Don’t panic, make a list and execute.
“I’ve said it time and time again, you’ve got to be prepared for anything at any time.”
