A 76-year-old woman, who says she looks and feels better than she did in her 20s, has revealed how much attention she gets from men – some of whom are as young as 20.
Norma Williams has previously made headlines after sharing how she maintains her figure – including drinking a bottle of wine a night, snacking on biscuits, and taking lengthy daily walks.
Norma, originally from Liverpool, says she is in “the best shape of her life” and, as a result, attracts huge numbers of fans online, where she shares pictures of her outfits and lifestyle.

The holiday rental owner, who now lives in Spoleto, Italy, with her partner, Laurie, 87, is stunned by the interest in her.
“Every day, I get huge amounts of fan messages from the male cohort,” Norma told What’s The Jam.
“Throughout my life on social media, where I’ve posted hundreds of videos of myself, I have received, and still do, much crude sexual attention – all of whom I block.
“I have a huge male following of all ages.
“When you look at the statistical breakdowns of who watches my videos and look at my photos, surprisingly it’s largely a male cohort.

“It’s particularly charming when young men in their late teens and 20s write sweet messages to me saying things like, ‘I know it sounds really weird because I’m only 20 but I think I’m in love with you’.”
While she is inundated with messages, she says she never responds – and will block anyone who takes their adoration too far.
Norma said: “I never answer any of the hundreds of males who send me sweet messages on a daily basis, yet they continue to do so.

“I think most of them settle for me being a kind of avatar – a kind of fantasy figure, certainly, the absolute opposite of a typically sexy young woman.
“The rest of them just live in hope that one day I’ll say ‘ciao’ and make their day – never going to happen!
“I find it very interesting that young males are self-consciously aware that it’s strange to find such ‘an old lady’ attractive in some sense.
“I can’t think it’s an explicitly sexual attraction – it’s certainly more unusual than that.
“They don’t understand it and neither do I.”
Norma continues to post regularly as she enjoys being a role model for other women, with her anti-diet message and proving it’s never too late to better yourself.
She said: “I enjoy very much being a role model for younger women who may be encouraged to follow in my footsteps.
“It’s great to show older women that it’s never too late to start working on themselves because it’s not about looks, it’s actually all about physical fitness – the body image and look of me is a consequence of my fitness.
“Everyone will feel better following in my footsteps because their confidence will grow, this necessarily transforms the way a person presents themselves and, in turn, this translates into a kind of allure or attractiveness.”
Norma had spent much of her 20s overweight and struggling with binge eating.
She said: “The biggest difference between me in my 20s and me in my 70s is, quite simply, energy.
“My energy levels have increased exponentially over the past 50 years – and that’s what drives me to live the way I do now.
“People are generally shocked when they discover my age. Often strangers will stop me and politely ask my age.
“All youngsters say the same thing: ‘When I’m older I want to look like you, Norma’.
“I am an emblem of the future, but I think I look every second of my 75 years. But because I look so fit and am different to the stereotypical image we have of the ‘elderly’, people find it hard to believe.
“They think I seem to have defied age, but I haven’t – ageing has benefitted me.
“I show no signs of slowing down – if anything, I’m faster and have more energy with every year that passes.”
