An Airbnb host has revealed some of the strange and interesting items that guests have left behind in her home, including a pair of £300 Apple headphones.
Sofia Kaiser has been an Airbnb host for more than three years, having started her business back in 2022.
Since then, the content creator has had an array of items left behind by guests, with the most common categories being alcohol and food.

This has led to Sofia getting a second fridge, just for storing the left-behind beverages.
Sofia told What’s The Jam: “I inherited the house from my grandparents, and my husband and I wanted to bring it back to life while sharing it with others.

“We gave it a super Western theme, and it’s been amazing to see it booked almost every weekend, I feel so grateful.”
The 27-year-old revealed what tops the list in terms of unusual items.
“We’ve found Apple Watches, Apple headphones, and even a wedding ring,” she said.

Despite some items’ worth going into the hundreds of pounds, Sofia says that she’s never sold any of the items that are abandoned forever at the property.
“Every item guests leave behind has been returned to its owner, and I would never consider selling something, even if the guest didn’t ask for it back,” she explained.
“It’s just not how we run things.”

One person said: “I feel like this woman has an Airbnb so she can collect stuff and get free snacks.”

Another one added: “I literally leave my Airbnb exactly as I found it and check it over so many times. I can’t imagine doing this lol.”
One viewer joked: “I would have done a yard sale.”
Mickey added: “It’s nice to see an Airbnb host not complaining about what the people left behind, but actually be grateful and find humour in it, which will get people to come back and not write negative reviews.”

Another person said: “Does no one clean up after themselves anymore?”
