A fitness influencer has shared the extreme lengths she goes to in order to maintain her muscular figure including a monthly food shop like no other.
Vanusa Freitas has hit headlines in the past for her unique diet choices and often shares snaps of her rock-hard abs with her 116,000 followers online.
Just last month, the 32-year-old revealed that she takes a lunch box meal with her on dates at restaurants.

Now, she has shared just how extensive her food shop is – purchasing 250 eggs and 15 kilos of sweet potatoes to keep building those muscles.
“It may seem exaggerated but it is my monthly purchase,” Vanusa, from Brazil, told Whats the Jam.
“I eat more than six meals a day and they all include eggs and sweet potatoes.
“I don’t use any type of dietary supplement.
“This amount of food is essential to perfectly meet my needs and maintain my intense training routine.

The influencer also goes to the gym seven days a week – for up to eight hours a day.
Vanusa said: “I do everything but always aim to engage in physical activities, any exercise that I enjoy.
“Even going out dancing helps burn calories.
“So does cycling and cleaning, so the ideal [choice] is to always stay active.”
Vanusa says her boyfriend, who has chosen not to share his name, is “always complaining” about her food choices.
Vanusa said: “He doesn’t have patience for these things.
“He’s always complaining about this diet.
“He’d prefer a hamburger and fries any day of the week – but everyone has their own style, right?
“The important thing is balance!
“When we go to the market together, my cart is full of eggs and sweet potatoes, and his only has sweets.”
Vanusa is determined to focus on her strength training and shape.
She added: “I am more at peace with my body and I strive for balance.
“I’m allowing myself to go off the diet occasionally.“There comes a point when your body stabilises.
“You can maintain yourself well without needing to make many sacrifices.”
