A man has shared how he visited 22 countries with just £2,400 in gas money – which averages at around £109 per country.

Saood has just finished the ultimate road trip, travelling 3,485 miles to see everything from France to Italy, Turkey and Luxembourg – and even Iraq.

He did it all in his monster Ford Raptor truck, which costs £81,000,

The 32-year-old says getting around in the mammoth vehicle was an adventure in itself and finding parking felt like a “daily survival mission”.

It is also so large that people stared constantly – but Saood has no regrets about his incredible road trip.

“Driving the Raptor across Europe showed me how different countries feel when you experience them from behind the wheel, not from a plane seat,” the engineer told What’s The Jam.

“I chose this trip because I like adventures and my target was to take a photo [of] the Raptor with [the]Eiffel Tower.

“Standing there with my truck, knowing I had driven all the way from Kuwait, was an emotional and proud moment.

“It made every challenge and long night on the road worth it.”

Saood, who hails from Kuwait, started his monster trip in October 2025. [see full list of destinations below].

He faced long hours, extreme weather conditions and language barriers during the mighty quest.

He was also forced to adapt quickly to solve problems but says the challenges made him “stronger and added real meaning to the journey”.

Saood said: “I’ve always been passionate about travel, adventure and pushing my limits.

“Driving through the Alps was a once-in-a-lifetime experience – it felt like being inside a postcard.

“Good preparation matters but flexibility matters more.

“Not every leg of the journey goes as planned.

“No matter how powerful your car is, patience is still the most important skill – and finding parking for the Raptor felt like a daily survival mission.

“[Also] people stare at it given the size.”

As an example of one of his daily challenges, Saood shares how difficult it is to manoeuvre his giant truck through the exit of a car park in a clip that has over 2.7m views and over 70,000 likes.

Despite multiple tight squeezes in Europe, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime trip he’s eager to do again.

Saood added: “It wasn’t just about reaching a destination – it was about the journey, the people I met, and the stories along the way.”
