A woman has left TikTok users shocked after revealing the stark truth of what can happen when you have too much filler – showing footage of her lips ‘leaking’.
Sarah-Jane Howell was horrified when she noticed “bumps” forming on her lips, which have heavily inflated.
When she squeezed them, globs of the filler came out – shown in a clip which garnered over five million views.

The 29-year-old, from Essex, can be seen visibly stunned, but raised eyebrows when she announced the following day that she was heading straight back to get them topped up – despite potential infection warnings.

Updating her 51,000 followers, Sarah-Jane shared that she had “squeezed out all of the filler” in one side of her upper lip, adding: “I know you’re all going to hate me – my friend sitting next to me isn’t aware either, so she’s going to hate me – [but] I’m getting a top-up.”
In the background of the clip, her friend can be heard questioning the decision, insisting her lips look “nice” as they are.
To which Sarah-Jane repeatedly insists: “I’m getting a top-up – that’s the update.
“No, I’m not getting them dissolved or anything – I’m getting a top-up.

“That filler that came out was expensive!”
The post garnered 165,000 likes and thousands of comments.

“Yes because they are so overfilled, they reached maximum capacity 5ml ago,” another user commented.
Someone else added: “WHAT DO YOU EXPECT… LOOK AT YOU.”
“Girl get them dissolved asap, you can get a really bad infection from that,” one fan urged.
Another wrote: “When there is no more room for the filler to go, it will start escaping from the lips, as the skin has been stretched to such levels it’s not become too thin meaning their is nothing to support all the filler.”

“Your body trying to tell you something,” someone else insisted.
While her unconventional appearance – including several facial tattoos – has often drawn criticism online, Sarah-Jane has no regrets.
“I love my tan, my big lips, and my face tattoos – they’re all a part of who I am,” Sarah-Jane told What’s The Jam.
“The first time I got filler, around five years ago, I got 2ml and cried like a baby while holding my friend’s hand.
“But since the past couple of years, I don’t even use numbing cream as I’m so used to it.
“I always get regular top ups to stay big.
“If I miss a top up for a while, I will put an extra 1ml in.”
Sarah-Jane said she is “absolutely in love” with the results of her filler, and her other changes over the past few years – which include face tattoos and having a gastric sleeve.
She added: “Before, I was deeply unhappy.
“I felt like I was trapped in a body and a life that didn’t reflect who I truly was inside.
“I’d look in the mirror and not recognise the person staring back.
“I felt invisible, like I was constantly shrinking myself just to fit in or be accepted.
“There was a sadness in me that ran deep, and no matter what I did, it felt like I was just existing, not living.
“Making the changes I did wasn’t about vanity – it was about reclaiming my identity, expressing myself, and finally starting to feel comfortable in my own skin.”
