An X Factor star has been hospitalised after suffering an embarrassing stage fall.
Noemi lost her balance while waving to the crowd at the end of a song and plunged to the ground.
She had just finished performing her breakthrough hit ‘Briciole’ during the show in the coastal resort of San Salvo Marina, Italy, on 19 July.

The gig was immediately halted at around 10.30pm.
The 44-year-old singer suffered a head wound and was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital for checks.
In an emotional Instagram post from her hospital bed, Noemi reassured fans with a photo showing her wearing a neck brace and holding an ice pack.
She wrote: “I wanted to reassure you after what happened last night.

“It wasn’t my intention to do acrobatics, I had my usual glasses on.

“I got a big fright, but luckily I’m fine.
“I have some aches and a bit of pain.”
Noemi, who comes from Rome, added: “I’m really sorry to have to give up the next concerts, but the doctors have asked me to take four weeks of rest to recover.”

She thanked her 820,000 Instagram fans for their messages, joking: “I have a hard head, don’t worry!”
Noemi, who rose to fame on X Factor Italia in 2009, was discharged from hospital overnight (21 Jul).
Medics issued a 30-day prognosis, forcing the suspension of upcoming dates including a concert in Riccione, as reported by Whats The Jam.
Fans flooded social media with well-wishes, while clips of the fall quickly went viral on TikTok and Instagram.
Noemi’s team has not issued further statements, but her upbeat message suggests a full recovery is expected after the mandatory break.
Her four-week rest period remains in place, with the entire summer tour suspended until 16 August.
