The Pussycat Dolls’ reunion tour was thrown into chaos after lead singer Nicole Scherzinger failed to emerge onstage during hit song ‘Buttons’.
The reunion gig descended into an awkward farce when the group’s biggest star failed to appear for half of their signature hit.
Bandmates Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt were left dancing alone, offering only backing vocals and ad-libs over a gaping hole where Scherzinger’s lead should have been.

The star, who carries almost the entire vocal on the 2006 classic, was missing for nearly two minutes before joining the second half of the song.
A fan account later described the moment as a technical problem that delayed her entrance.
The incident happened at the COS Torwar Arena in Warsaw, Poland, during the trio’s PCD Forever Tour, their first ever show in Poland, on Wednesday night (16 Sep).
Scherzinger, a Tony winner last year for Sunset Boulevard, had earlier appeared on the big screens insisting she is a perfectionist.
Local reviews said she looked irritated afterwards and seemed keen to finish the set quickly.

The remaining Dolls later invited local influencers on stage, including drag queen Lagoona Aqua Pussy.
Scherzinger, who has Polish ancestry through her great-grandmother Stella, had posted before the show that being there felt like coming home and that she had already eaten her weight in pierogi.
She later tucked into more of the dumplings at celebrity chef Magda Gessler’s restaurant U Fukiera, as reported by Whats The Jam.

The PCD Forever Tour marks 20 years since the group’s debut album and features only three original members after most US dates were cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
British fans will see the trio in Birmingham from 29 September, with further UK dates including London’s O2 in October.
No official comment has been issued by the group or promoters Live Nation on the stage mishap.
