A holidaymaker has been hailed as the embodiment of British determination after being filmed battling through a torrential thunderstorm to collect two pints from an all-inclusive bar.
The man was spotted marching through the downpour completely unfazed as thunder and heavy rain battered the resort.
The hilarious moment was captured by Stephanie Barratt while she was on holiday in June.

The 35-year-old aesthetics nurse practitioner from Newcastle explained how the British lad braced the “torrential thunderstorm” to quench his thirst.
The video has been viewed over 66,000 times, with 3,575 likes and 85 comments.
“He was bracing the torrential thunderstorm to get his pint from the all-inclusive bar,” , she told Whats The Jam.
“He was carrying two pints.
“I thought it summed up us Brits – we’re used to the rain and we love a drink on holiday.

“He wasn’t bothered about the rain, as long as he got his pint,
“His commitment made me think this was British spirit.
“He refused to let a bit of rain ruin his drinking time.

“I thought it was hilarious.”
The video was filmed from Stephanie’s balcony while she was staying in Marmaris, Turkey.
She added: “I don’t think he noticed I filmed as it was from my balcony.
“But someone’s identified him as their friend on TikTok.”
Social media users have been left cracking up online.
