A woman visiting her friend ended ended up getting locked in the back of the wrong car after thinking it was her taxi.
Carly Ellis and friend Jody Brereton were in stitches after making the blunder.
The pair had just left a friend’s house in Clitheroe, Lancs, when it happened.

They had called an Uber and thought it had arrived.
A video clip was viewed nearly 88,000 times and had nearly 2,500 likes, as reported by Whats The Jam.
Carly said: “We just came out of the house.
“We simply just got in the wrong car.
“It was parked outside the house and thought it was our uber.

“And then once we were in it the child locks activated.
“We couldn’t get out.
“We sat there for a few minutes and then and the uber pulled up next to us.

“I rang my friend whose house we came out of and she came out and said it was her husband’s car.
“He came out and was like, ‘What are you doing on my car?'”
Viewers saw the funny side.
One said: “I did that once, my fella stopped at the shop, I went in, came out, got in the car and it was a different person – so embarrassing.”
Another person said: “Stop it, funniest thing I’ve ever seen.”
And a third person added: “Couldn’t make it up.”
