A Ferrari signed by the supercar maker’s chairman is selling for £850,000 – but there’s a catch.

The 208mph supercar was made in 2012 and just done just 4,101 miles in the last 12 years.

The 599 GTB Fiorano has only had one owner in that time and was hand-delivered.

Hand-delivered to them and signed by Luca di Montezemolo – the former boss of Ferrari.

But there is one drawback to potential buyers of the car – which can go from 0-60mph in just 3.2 seconds.

They have been warned there maybe a delay in getting the registration documents.

The Ferrari is being sold by RM Sotheby’s and the sale takes place in Chobham, Surrey, tomorrow (6 Nov), as reported on Whats The Jam.

A spokesperson said: “Said to be the final manual gearbox-equipped 599 GTB completed by Ferrari, and thus the final manual transmission Ferrari.

“Single private ownership until April 2025.

“Hand-delivered and signed by Luca di Montezemolo to its first and only private owner.

“Built to Hong Kong specifications, exceptionally well optioned, fitted with the desirable HGTE package

“Recent annual service by H.R. Owen South London in October 2025, minimal mileage since.

“An unrepeatable opportunity to purchase one of the most significant Ferraris in existence.”

But they added: “Please note this car is currently undergoing registration in the UK.

“As such there may be a delay to the successful bidder receiving the UK V5C post sale.”
