A TV presenter has shed nearly seven stone and transformed her body after cutting out one surprising thing from her diet.
Martina Reuter lost the weight over 18 months.
Every 14 days, she cut out one unhealthy food type from her diet.

But it wasn’t until she quit her beloved coffee that she saw the weight fall off.
The 45-year-old said it slowed down her metabolism and when she stopped drinking it, the last stubborn 10 kilos fell away.

In total, she has shed 6.6 stone (42kg).
She said: “I was always proud of my body: curvy, confident, successful as a plus-size model.
“But at some point, I no longer felt comfortable, I was tired, weak, and not quite myself.”

The Austrian TV star embarked on her new health regime after separating from her partner.
She developed a unique system where she removed an unhealthy food type every fortnight.
At Miami Fashion Week, she proudly showed off her new look, even donning a bikini on the runway.

She said: “I’ve been training for this for the last few months, every day.

“Body transformation successful.”
And she has also embarked on a bodybuilding regime with hopes of competing at events, as reported by What’s The Jam.
The mother of two said: “From 112 to 70 kilos in 18 months.
“No injections, no pills, just a radical change in diet.
“I also do 90 minutes of strength training plus cardio every day, without exception.
“Whether it’s 6am or 11pm, I didn’t miss a single session.”
She said her next big challenge is take part in her first bodybuilding contest with the ANBF, Austria’s largest association for natural bodybuilding and fitness.

Martina said: “Only natural athletes without performance-enhancing substances are allowed, which is a particularly important statement for me.
“Getting accepted was a shock, but also a kick in the butt to really give it my all.
“I want to prove that with willpower, diet, and exercise, you can achieve anything.”
“I’ve taken on something huge and I’m stepping completely out of my comfort zone.
“I’ll soon be standing on a stage full of professionals as a complete beginner.”
