Pilots flying Camels were credited with downing 1,294 enemy aircraft – more than any other Allied fighter of the conflict.

Other planes in the collection include a Luftwaffe Messerschmitt Bf109E valued at £1,150 and a Royal Air Force Supermarine Spitfire at £1,600.
